Job Title: Customer Service Executive – SBI Renewal Process

Job Description:
We are hiring for the SBI Renewal Process. The role involves assisting customers with their insurance policy renewals, addressing queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to SBI policy renewals
Assist customers with policy-related queries
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain customer records and update necessary data
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: 12th Pass (HSC) or Graduate
Experience:
Freshers and experienced candidates (minimum 6 months in BPO preferred)
Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
Communication: Average to good English communication skills
Gender: Male & Female both eligible
Job Details:
Process: SBI Renewal (Customer Service)

Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 rotational off
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Day Shift)
Salary: ₹14,500/- In-hand
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Interview Timing: 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
