Role Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth in the US/UK IT staffing markets. This is a high-impact, target-driven,
and fast-paced role requiring a hunter mentality and a strategic mindset. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in building client relationships, closing staffing deals, and driving consistent business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new client accounts in the US and UK for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT staffing services
- Drive revenue through aggressive outreach, consultative sales, and strong client partnerships
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to align delivery with client expectations
- Own and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline using CRM and sales tools
- Lead proposal development, rate negotiations, and client presentations
- Stay on top of market trends, competitor intelligence, and client shifts in the IT staffing space
- Represent Recrivio in client calls, virtual meetings, and industry events as needed
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in IT staffing business development for US and/or UK markets
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets
- Deep understanding of recruitment models and staffing processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
- Comfortable working across EST/GMT time zones
- Self-starter with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
