Job Description:
Join one of the world's leading financial institutions in a dynamic Customer Service Voice Process role. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with their banking-related queries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: HSC / Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO/Customer Service is mandatory
- CIBIL Score: Must be above 650
- Availability: Immediate joiners only
- Shift: Rotational shifts (Night shifts included)
- Work Days: 5 days working, 2 rotational offs
- Mode:
Work from Office
Salary & Benefits:
- In-hand Salary: ₹35,000
- Bonus: ₹50,000 after completion of 6 months
