Position: Sales Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Reporting: Director
Criteria: Any Graduate with 3 years of experience in Sales of Specialty Chemicals.
Key Skills:
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in using a CRM System
- Confident, well-groomed, and professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by establishing strong client relationships, promoting specialty chemicals, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and market engagement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for our products in relevant industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Effectively use a CRM system to track leads, manage customer data, and generate reports
- Present and promote our product range to potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet targets
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and meetings
