job description:
voitekk softsol pvt. ltd. is hiring customer service executives for our diagnostic process – aglius. this is an exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced bpo environment.
key responsibilities:
handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
assist customers with diagnostic service-related queries.
provide accurate information and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
requirements:
education: 12th pass / graduate
experience: fresher or experienced candidates welcome
preference for candidates with experience in sales or bpo roles
communication skills: average communication skills in english and hindi (v3 communication level)
gender: open to both male & female candidates
age limit: 18 to 35 years
job details:
shift timings:
day shift – 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
evening shift – 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
(shift rotation every 15 days)
working days: monday to saturday
weekly off: 1 rotational week off
interview mode: face-to-face
interview timings: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
salary: up to ₹18,000/- per month
