key responsibilities:
- handle inbound customer interactions (calls, emails, and chats), ensuring accurate case logging in the
required tools.
- provide recruitment support to candidates (fresh applicants and rehires) as per defined processes.
- guide customers with navigational support on self-service portals.
- perform security verifications in accordance with company policies and gdpr guidelines.
- make outbound calls to customers when necessary, following client/company protocols.
- maintain productivity and uphold exceptional quality standards in line with defined targets.
- collaborate effectively through open and regular communication with peers and supervisors.
- comply with all organizational policies and procedures, both personnel and operational.
- keep process documentation (dtps, knowledgebase, sharepoint, etc.) updated and accurate.
- adhere to regular and punctual attendance in alignment with company expectations.
- minimize customer complaints and escalations through excellent service and call handling.
