We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and results-driven Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support the planning and execution of integrated digital campaigns across key performance channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign management,
and data analytics, with a strong focus on driving measurable growth and ROI.
Reporting To: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategizing and executing ROI-focused digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and native platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including audience targeting, briefing, creative coordination, budget tracking, A/B testing, and real-time optimizations.
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, CPQL, CPSV, CTR, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates across all campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teamscontent, design, tech, and analyticsto ensure integrated and timely campaign rollout.
- Conduct funnel and user journey analysis to identify friction points and suggest improvements for better conversions.
- Generate detailed campaign reports and performance dashboards with actionable insights for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain campaign hygiene, tagging (UTM, GTM), pixel implementation, and performance tracking for all paid assets.
Age: Up to 32
Key Skills & Competencies:
- 24 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid performance campaigns.
- Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and GA4, and familiarity with native platforms.
- Good understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and campaign tracking methodologies (UTM, GTM, pixels).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple high-performing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML is an added advantage.
