We are looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to join the HR team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, drive local-level HR initiatives, and support employee engagement activities. This is a high-impact role where you will work closely with business leaders and help shape the talent strategy for your zone.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for distribution channels
- Develop job descriptions, post roles, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and direct sourcing
- Facilitate offer rollouts and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
- Support strategic HR planning and recruitment reporting
- Promote the organizations employer brand in hiring markets
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR guidelines
- Partner with internal stakeholders to implement HR initiatives and employee engagement activities
Requirements
- MBA/Postgraduate in HR preferred
- 35 years of experience in recruitment or business HR roles
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and employment regulations
- Experience in handling frontline hiring is desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities under tight deadlines
