Responsibilities and Duties
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Maximize all Conference & Events revenue opportunities
- Tie-ups with lounges & Corporate Clients.
- Understand the competitive marketplace.
- Conduct Sales Meetings With Clients
- Keep Track of Communication With Clients
- Identifying potential client and understand there requirements
- Handling B2B & B2C / Corporate clients
- Giving presentations and pitching the correct product to the clients.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, marketing or related field.
- Experience in sales, marketing and events etc
- Strong communication skills and fluency.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable using a computer for various tasks in a given time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 /month
- Corporate Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
