One of our clients, a reputed real estate company, is looking out for Customer Service Executives for their office based in Chennai. The incumbents should have at least 2 years experience in real estate industry
01- Communicating with clients and customers about their experiences with the services provided and taking feedbacks on time
02- Taking or processing orders or enquires for a product or service
03- Listening to customer or client complaints or concerns and working to resolve their issues within a stipulated TAT.
04- Work on one to one basis with Customers on Bookings, Up to Possession and Handover.
05- Must travel extensively on personal visits to attend customer sales calls, arrange for site visits and accompany the customer on the same.
06- Answer incoming customer inquiries
07- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
08- Record customer information within our customer service database
09- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
10- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
11- Other duties as requested
Skill sets required
01- Must have knowledge about Rera (Real Estate Regulatory Authority).
02- Must have strong record keeping skills as per Rera.
03- Must prepare sales reports and report to management on Inventory unsold, balances due from customers, handle cancellation documentation and related reporting and follow ups.
04- Handle and track customer emails.
05- Provide professional support to customers on phone and mail 24/7.
06- Must coordinate with Top Management and across the Company and help to execute meetings and events.
07- Must have strong networking skills to push HNI sales.
08- **Must maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times**
