Job Description


1. Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products

2. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

4. Servicing the needs of your existing customers

5. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

6. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

7. Cordial relations with above doctors and ability to convert cordial relation to business

8. Exposure to CRM activity

9. Organize, conduct in service workshops and train users on BD products.

10. Handle all customer complaints satisfactorily.
