Build relationships with key employees among customers. Create plans to address clients business requirements. Advise clients on creating profitable processes. Schedule regular meetings with customer to ensure they are satisfied. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate and required. Manage administrative functions of the Student s Admission Department and work for improvising its day to day operations. Responsible for delegating work, setting priorities, assigning schedules and timelines to the team. Ensure that submission of student s admission/ application files completed within the required timeline.
Administer the operations related to release of records and compliance of information and privacy regulations. Provide required administrative support in preparation of budgets, handling cash deposits and maintaining cash controls. Oversee the client s record keeping and ensure that information captured properly in CRM system as well as safely stored. Assist in developing and implementing department s administrative policies and procedures. Administer petty cash and is also responsible for keeping records of financial transactions.,
