Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end sourcing process from understanding hiring needs to delivering a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of high-potential candidates for sales, operations, client success, marketing,
and coaching roles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals to identify top talent.
- Craft engaging outreach messages to attract passive candidates and increase response rates.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on candidate pipelines using ATS or tracking systems.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit before passing to hiring managers.
Requirements
- 24 years of hands-on experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in coaching, consulting, or service-based businesses.
- Proven experience in hiring client-facing and revenue-generating roles like coaches, consultants, sales executives, etc.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High level of ownership, responsiveness, and proactivity.
- Must have:
A laptop and a stable internet connection to work effectively in a remote environment.
