About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, proven end-to-end implementation experience, excellent problem-solving skills,
and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality finance solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in the end-toend implementation of Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM and Tax.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business users and prepare detailed functional specifications.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions to meet business requirements.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials based on approved business processes.
- Work with technical teams to develop integrations, extensions, and custom reports.
- Develop test scripts and conduct Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT with business users.
- Support migration of configurations and data during project cutover.
- Provide hypercare support post go-live and resolve defects/issues.
- Prepare training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and SOPs.
- Work closely with stakeholders, finance leads, and cross-functional teams (Procurement, Projects, HCM, etc.).
- Support the creation of OTBI and BI Publisher reports and dashboards for financial reporting.
Key Requirements:
- 5–6 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant.
- Minimum 2–3 full-cycle (end-to-end) Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of at least two or more Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) business cycles.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- ·Good understanding of Multi-Org, Multi-Currency, and Tax setups.
- Ability to troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with Oracle Support if required.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Oracle Certification in Fusion Financials is an added advantage.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, IT or related field.
- Professional qualifications like CA / CMA / CPA are a plus.
