Title: Bid Desk Specialist

Location: Permanent Work From Home (Anywhere in India)
Duration: 1-Year Contract - Renewable
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time Zone
The impact you will have:
Lead qualification and response strategy for all formal bids, including RFP/RFQ/RFI's.
Drive new business and the 'win rate' by positioning unique value propositions to potential and existing customers. Use solid communication, leadership, and project coordination skills to participate in hands-on collaboration with the sales team and supporting departments.
What you’ll do:
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet client-driven requirements and deadlines
• Develop and deliver professional,
comprehensive quality response documents
• Evaluate and qualify all formal bids
• Coordinate response teams and all required subject matter experts
• Develop response plans that include workflow, tasks, owners, deadlines, etc.
• Coordinate and lead status calls to review and track progress, issues, and risks
• Assist in the development of response strategies in alignment with client requirements
• Monitor and control the response process through to final submission
• Create best practices, standard content, and a repository
• Time management and organizational skills in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment
• Possess exceptional leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate ability to execute efficiently and effectively
• Strong writing skills
What you’ll bring to the table:
• 5+ years of demonstrated project coordination, bid response, or RFP program management experience
• 2+ years of coordinating cross-functional teams,
both local and remote
• Technology industry experience is an asset
• APMP certification is an asset
• Post-Secondary Degree or equivalent experience
