Job Description:
We need amotivated Senior Executive Lead Generation to support our business development efforts in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for outbound B2B sales campaigns targeting international and/or domestic clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct targeted lead generation through online research (LinkedIn, company databases, industry portals, etc.)
- Identify key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors) in target companies
- Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate interest
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales/pre-sales team
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems (e.g.,
Salesforce, Zoho)
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies
- Track and report lead generation metrics weekly
- Support marketing campaigns with prospect data and segmentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales, preferably in BPO/ITES
- Strong expertise in cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho
- Good command of MS Excel for data management and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors)
- Proven track record in qualifying leads and setting up sales appointments
- Graduate degree mandatory; MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred
- Exposure to international markets (US/UK) is a plus
