- Manage the day to day operations of the team
- Ensure the SLAs are met in terms of calling numbers, conversions and revenue
- Train and Coach the team members on inbound Callings or practices
- Ensure the attrition levels are within the desired levels
- Keep the team focused on achieving the calling targets and conversions
- Lias with the IT and quality team to ensure service delivery
- Ensure compliance parameters are met
- Ensure the team and individual KRAs are met
