We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Development Engineer II (Frontend) with strong expertise in React.js to join our growing engineering team. As an SDE 2, you will play a key role in building intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user interfaces for our products. You will be responsible for designing and developing frontend applications that deliver seamless experiences to our users, while collaborating closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment,



has hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies, and is motivated to take ownership of complex features from concept to delivery.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Frontend Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-quality web applications using React.js and related modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Code Quality & Standards: Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices and maintain high standards of software engineering.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with designers and product teams to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional user interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Feature Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of modules and features, from design to production deployment.
- Mentorship & Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers, review code contributions, and provide constructive feedback to maintain a strong technical culture.
- Continuous Improvement:



Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and proactively propose improvements to enhance product and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years of professional experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 with a solid understanding of modern web standards.
- Hands-on experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Recoil, or Context API.
- Proficiency in frontend build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn).
- Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous data handling.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar).
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
- Solid grasp of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).




- Ability to work in an agile environment, managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality code.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good To Have (Preferred Skills)

- Experience with TypeScript for building scalable frontend applications.
- Exposure to Next.js or other server-side rendering frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated builds and deployments.
- Knowledge of design systems and component-driven development.
- Prior experience in startups or product-based companies
