Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation:
Assess clients' financial situations and provide tailored mortgage solutions
Loan Application Management: Oversee the complete mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to facilitate seamless transactions.
Compliance Adherence: Ensure all activities comply with Australian mortgage regulations and company policies.
Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized mortgage documentation and records.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on Australian mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in the Australian mortgage industry.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
