About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager (Female) with excellent communication skills to lead our HR functions in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate will bring 4–5 years of proven experience in HR management, employee engagement, and stakeholder handling.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee lifecycle management.
Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top-performing candidates for BPO functions.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational processes.




Partner with stakeholders and leadership to implement HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling with professionalism.
Conduct performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and career development plans.
Implement employee engagement programs to foster a positive work culture.
Monitor and report on HR metrics (attrition, retention, recruitment TAT, etc.).
Lead learning & development initiatives to upskill employees.

Required Skills & Competencies
Fluent English Communication (Written & Verbal) – mandatory.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, high-volume BPO environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Solid knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and labor laws.

Eligibility Criteria
Gender: Female (mandatory requirement).
Experience: 4–5 years in HR Manager/HRBP role, preferably in the BPO/ITES sector.
Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
