Job Title: US IT Recruiter- Night shift
Contract Duration- 6 Month ( With the possibility of extension, depend on the performance)
Experience- 6 months to 1 year

Work Mode-Remote

Working days-22

Working hours- 6 hours

Shift timing-7:00pm to 1:30am IST (30 minutes break)

Salary- 8K-9K (Based on performance)
** Must have their own laptop With 30 mbps internet speed**

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → interviewing → closing).
- Source candidates via job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Work on C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models.
- Negotiate rates, contracts,



and offers with candidates.
- Coordinate with US clients and account managers to understand hiring needs.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team targets.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of US IT recruitment, visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, US Citizens, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in sourcing from job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work on night shifts (US time zone).
- Experience with ATS and CRM System.
- Strong client engagement skills.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
