Role : Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React.js)

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer with over 1 year of hands-on experience in Node.js, React.js, MySQL, MongoDB, and Firebase. TypeScript knowledge is a strong plus.
You will be responsible for building robust backend services, responsive frontend interfaces, and integrating cloud-based services, working closely with our team to deliver scalable and maintainable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:
Backend Development (Node.js):

- Design and implement scalable server-side logic using Node.js, preferably in TypeScript.




- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices adhering to best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Implement middleware, data validation, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and internal services as required.

Frontend Development (React.js):

- Build interactive and responsive web interfaces using React.js, with a strong emphasis on modular, reusable components. (TypeScript is a plus)
- Use state management tools such as Context API or Redux for efficient application architecture.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement high-quality, pixel-perfect designs. Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.

Database Management:

- Design and manage relational databases in MySQL, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
- Work with MongoDB to handle unstructured or semi-structured data for flexible data modelling.
- Write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, and data migrations.

Code Quality & Version Control:

- Follow clean coding principles, proper code documentation,



and structured git commit practices.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in peer programming to maintain a high-quality codebase.
- Use Git for source control and collaborate via platforms like GitHub or GitLab.

Deployment & DevOps (optional but valuable):

- Participate in deployment workflows, including CI/CD pipelines, staging environments, and versioning.
- Assist in configuring Docker containers or cloud deployments (if applicable to the stack).

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in web application development.
- Proficiency in Node.js and React.js.
- Solid understanding of MySQL and MongoDB database systems.
- Experience working with Firebase services such as Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Functions.
- Strong grasp of RESTful API development and integration.




- Familiarity with Git and standard version control workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with TypeScript in both backend and frontend development.
- Knowledge of Firebase and real-time data syncing.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment practices.
- Exposure to agile project management tools and methodologies.
