Role Overview
We are seeking a Lead Assistant Manager – Campaign Activation to support the execution and optimization of omni-channel marketing campaigns across EMEA and APAC. This role is highly execution-focused, with a focus on delivering high-performing demand generation and ABM programs tailored to these regions, driving pipeline growth and sales alignment.
As part of the campaign marketing team, you will partner closely with industry marketers, portfolio marketers, and sales teams to activate campaigns across digital, paid, social, email, and event channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, agile, and metrics-driven — someone who thrives on making campaigns run smoothly, optimizing for performance, and adapting strategies to regional nuances in buyer behavior, channels,
and market maturity.
About you: You are a pipeline-focused campaign marketer who thrives on turning strategies into measurable business outcomes. You take pride in flawless execution and understand that every campaign should directly contribute to demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. Detail-oriented yet agile, you know how to optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion, while collaborating across teams and time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution & Channel Activation
- Execute omni-channel demand generation campaigns in EMEA & APAC, including outbound email, paid digital, remarketing, content syndication, social media, events, webinars, and nurture programs.
- Collaborate with portfolio and industry marketing teams to activate GTM strategies, solution/product launches, and ABM programs,
customized for regional markets.
- Coordinate campaign assets (landing pages, ad copy, microsites, audience lists, social posts, emails, sales collateral) to ensure timely and precise execution across geographies.
- Campaign Optimization & Pipeline Management
- Monitor and analyze regional campaign performance against KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Track campaign-sourced and influenced pipeline across EMEA & APAC, tying demand generation activities directly to revenue outcomes.
- Partner with marketing IMU leads and sales to ensure campaign leads are progressing through the funnel; identify gaps or stalls and recommend corrective actions.
- Use A/B testing, segmentation, and regional audience insights to optimize campaigns for higher engagement and conversion.
- Share learnings across EMEA and APAC teams to create a proactive feedback loop that drives continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with regional sales, industry and portfolio marketing, sales enablement, digital marketing, and external agencies to ensure campaigns are localized and aligned to business priorities.
- Support ad hoc business unit requests (e.g., regional pitch decks, campaign assets, local events support).
- Market Research
- Research regional events, media outlets, and innovative marketing channels in EMEA & APAC to enhance campaign reach.
- Apply insights, buyer persona data, and customer journey mapping to refine targeting and personalization for local audiences.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, in marketing/business-related discipline
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in campaign execution, digital marketing, or demand generation,
preferably with regional marketing exposure in EMEA and/or APAC.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics, performance reporting, and optimization tactics.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising best practices.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage external agency partners across different time zones.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with sensitivity to regional business and cultural nuances.
- Exposure to analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation topics preferred but not required.
