About Us:
We are a growing freight forwarding and logistics company providing end-to-end solutions in international and domestic cargo movement. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable, cost-effective, and customer-centric services. We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team and ensure smooth handling of client shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and delivery updates.
- Liaise with international agents , and internal departments to ensure timely execution of shipments.
- Manage booking, billing, and cargo tracking activities.
- Verify shipping documentation (BL, AWB, etc.).
- Resolve customer issues and escalate cases when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics / shipping industry.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation is an advantage (training will be provided if not experienced).
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.
