What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms .
- Identify, vet, and onboard influencers aligned with Nap Chief’s brand values .
- Negotiate deliverables, budgets, and contracts with influencers and agencies .
- Maintain influencer relationships for long-term collaborations .
- Brief influencers and ensure creative content aligns with brand tone and guidelines .
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and generate reports on engagement and sales impact .
- Work with brand and content teams to integrate influencer campaigns into overall marketing .
- Explore new platforms and innovative collaboration formats to scale influencer growth .
Who We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of influencer marketing experience in D2C/consumer brand space.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills ️.
- Ability to manage relationships and network effectively .
- Analytical skills to track ROI and campaign success .
- Organized, with strong follow-up discipline ✅.
- Knowledge of influencer platforms/tools for discovery and tracking ️.
- Creativity in campaign ideation and execution .
- Accountability and ownership mindset .
