Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the day-to-day functions of our operations team The role involves coordinating workflows ensuring timely task completion maintaining data accuracy and assisting with process improvement initiatives Key Responsibilities Support the execution of daily operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow Monitor update and maintain operational systems reports and documentation Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics finance customer service and sales Track KPIs service metrics and project deliverables Handle vendor and client communication where required Identify and resolve process inefficiencies or bottlenecks Assist in preparing reports presentations and operational analyses Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations Maintain accurate data entry and records across platforms or ERPs Support implementation of new tools or processes across the operations team Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Operations or related field 1-3 years of experience in an operations or coordination role Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in MS Office Suite Excel Word Outlook familiarity with ERP CRM tools is a plus Good written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Team player with the ability to work independently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
