Job Title Sr Supply Planning Executive - Pondicherry Factory Location Pondicherry India Function Supply Chain - Make Job Purpose To ensure effective supply planning and inventory management for the Pondicherry factory aligning production schedules with demand forecasts optimizing stock levels and supporting seamless operations across the supply chain Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts production capacity and inventory targets Collaborate with factory teams procurement and central planning to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams for efficient material movement and storage Analyze supply chain data to identify risks bottlenecks and improvement opportunities Support S OP Sales Operations Planning processes with accurate supply inputs Ensure compliance with HUL s safety quality and sustainability standards Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Engineering or related field 5-10 years of experience in supply planning or factory operations preferably in FMCG Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in SAP APO or other planning tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment All official offers from Unilever are issued only via our Applicant Tracking System ATS Offers from individuals or unofficial sources may be fraudulent please verify before proceeding
