Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the key point of contact for client accounts - Build and maintain long-term client relationships with regular updates, calls, and check-ins - Coordinate internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables - Translate client briefs into actionable tasks for strategy, design, and media teams - Anticipate client needs and proactively suggest solutions - Track progress, collect feedback, and manage revision cycles smoothly - Maintain documentation of client interactions, expectations, and project timelines - Assist senior client servicing or strategy team members as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or creative agency - Strong communication, coordination,
and relationship management skills - Hands-on experience managing multiple clients or projects - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Familiarity with Google Workspace, project tracking tools (Click Up, Odoo, Google Chat, etc.) - Basic understanding of performance marketing, branding, or content workflows is a plus
