Software Engineering Manager (Secunderabad) [BWC-404]

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of engineers and cybersecurity professionals focused onproduct security for cardiac medical devices.
- Define and execute acomprehensive product security strategyaligned with business objectives and regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams (R&D;, QA, Regulatory) to integrate security across the product lifecycle.
- Overseevulnerability management, incident response, and risk-based assessments.
- Establish and maintainsecurity standards, frameworks, and best practicesfor product development and deployment.
- Drivesecure design and architecturefor new and released products (embedded, mobile, cloud, web).




- Stay ahead of industry trends to informfuturistic security strategies.
- Communicate complex security concepts to executive leadership, customers, and regulators.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Engineering/Computer Science (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years experience in engineering or cybersecurity, with expertise inproduct security in regulated industries.
- Strong understanding ofcybersecurity principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance(FDA, GDPR, MDR, etc.).
- Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

- Certifications:CISSP, OSCP, or equivalent.
- Experience withIoT, embedded devices, mobile and cloud security architectures.
- Familiarity withSOC practices, incident management, and international security regulations.
- Prior experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
