Role: Category Marketing Manager
Experience: 3–8 years in Marketing & Category Management
What You’ll Do
- Own and grow a key category at Thrillophilia, driving marketing initiatives end-to-end. - Design and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies that unlock new growth opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams — sales, product, design,



content — to craft impactful campaigns. - Analyze market trends, competitor insights, and customer behavior to fuel category expansion. - Build data-driven plans to maximize ROI and enhance customer experiences. - Experiment, innovate, and bring fresh marketing ideas to life for the travel ecosystem.
The User Journey You’ll Shape
- Inspiration Stage – Help travelers discover a new adventure through impactful campaigns, content, and positioning. - Consideration Stage – Guide users as they compare, evaluate, and explore categories you own, making their choice simple yet exciting. - Decision Stage – Craft seamless GTM strategies so when they’re ready to book, your category is their first choice. - Experience Stage – Ensure every touchpoint, from booking to post-trip, reinforces Thrillophilia’s brand promise of unforgettable experiences. - Loyalty Stage – Turn one-time explorers into repeat adventurers through retention campaigns, upselling, and community building.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–8 years of experience in Marketing & Category Management.
