Job Description – Account Manager (Domestic IT Recruitment)
Location: Greater Noida west
Experience: 4–8 Years in Recruitment/Staffing (Domestic IT) and at least 2 years as a Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their hiring needs and ensuring seamless delivery.
Account Mining & Growth: Explore opportunities within existing client accounts to increase business volume and revenue.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 5+ recruiters , ensuring productivity, training, and performance alignment with business goals.
Delivery Ownership: Oversee end-to-end domestic IT recruitment operations for client requirements.
Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies, market mapping, and delivery frameworks.
Reporting & Tracking: Monitor account performance, provide regular updates to clients and management, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment with at least 2+ years in an Account Manager / Lead role.
Proven track record of client handling, account management, and revenue generation .
Hands-on experience in account mining and growing existing accounts .
Strong team management skills , with experience leading a team of 5+ recruiters .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
