We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SAP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, in-depth SAP knowledge, and excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure SAP projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams,



and SAP consultants to align project objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including functional and technical SAP specialists.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and project teams.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and project escalations.
- Ensure proper governance and adherence to project methodologies (Agile, ASAP, or Activate).
- Ensure SAP system design and configurations meet business requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance) and ensure issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource costs.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Track and analyze project KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
- Recommend and implement best practices for SAP project management.




- Support knowledge transfer, training, and user adoption.
- Contribute to long-term SAP roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
