Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
- Assist users with login issues, MFA setup, and license-related queries
- Troubleshoot email delivery, calendar sync, and Teams connectivity issues
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 support
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 admin center and Exchange Online
- Handle user account creation, password resets, and group membership changes
- Assist with computer account joins and basic GPO troubleshooting
- Monitor AD replication and login issues
- Familiarity with Active Directory Users and Computers
- Maintain accurate documentation of AD changes
- Log and track incidents via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Knowledge of Windows OS and Office applications
- Provide remote support using tools like MS Teams
- Follow standard operating procedures and escalation paths
- Strong communication and customer service skills
