This is a full-time on-site role for an Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Functional Consultant located in Bengaluru South.The consultant will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management solutions.Daily tasks will include understanding client requirements, configuring the system, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to end-users.The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure successful project : - Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Functional Consultant.Location : : 12+ Years.Notice Period : Immediate to15 Days.We are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Absence and Fast formulas to join our team.What Were Looking For : - Minimum 12 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion/E-Business HCM Modules.- Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience as a Fusion HCM Functional Consultant.- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis,



requirement definition and solution design.- Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules.- CORE HR.- Absences.- ESS & MSS.- Good to have the knowledge on below modules.- Fusion Time and Labor.- Fusion Compensation and Benefits.- Should be able to write Fast formulas.- Should have good communication and presentation skills.- Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation.
