Jiaxing AFT Manufacturing Co. Ltd. is looking for a Quality Manager who is passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, customer quality specification compliance and satisfaction. We are looking for the right person with a positive attitude along with excellent communication and people skills.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in managing our quality system under ISO 9001 standards at our production site.
Your Responsibilities:
Quality – ISO 9001
Maintain and improve the quality management system (ISO 9001).
Support the execution of internal and external audits.
Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and quality training.
Assist production teams and inspectors in resolving quality issues.
Supervise the Quality Engineer.
Customer and Sales Support
Analyze customer complaints and warranty returns.
Collaborate with application engineers and customer service.
Keep complaint statistics up to date in our CRM system (FisherSolve).
You are :
A strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
Known for being agile, versatile, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Capable to effectively communicate in Chinese and English.
Recognized for your rigor and attention to detail.
Skilled in using computer tools, effective communication, and writing, fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
Available for occasional travel to customer sites and other AFT business locations.
