Position: Senior Business Analyst – Salesforce
Location: Remote (India-based)
Experience Required: Minimum 7+ years
Employment Type: Contract Based 6 months
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong background in gathering requirements, process mapping, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of proven experience in Salesforce business analysis, working closely with stakeholders to design scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities of a Business Analyst
· Requirement Gathering: Talk to stakeholders (management, users, clients) to understand what they need.
· Process Analysis:
Map and improve business processes, workflows, and operations.
· Documentation: Write explicit business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories.
· Communication: Act as a link between business teams and IT/development teams.
· Solution Design Support: Ensure proposed solutions meet business needs and are cost-effective.
· Testing & Validation: Help in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm the solution works as expected.
