Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Finance Manager, located in Cochin. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role also includes developing financial strategies, managing audits,



and leading the finance team to achieve the company's financial objectives.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
Experience in preparing Financial Statements and ensuring Regulatory Compliance
Skills in Audit Management and developing Financial Strategies
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of financial software and Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
Experience in the retail or garment industry is beneficial
