Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Push Notifications to acquire and retain QubeHealth App Users
● Design and implement automated user journeys
● Create and manage landing pages, forms, email templates, and lead-nurturing workflows within WebEngage, Gupshup, and HubSpot.
● Segment B2B audiences based on industry, company size, engagement levels, and behaviour to deliver personalised messaging.
● Track and optimise campaign performance with analytical tools.
● Generate performance reports on key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impact, and use insights to improve future campaigns.
● Work closely with sales and account management teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
● Ensure marketing automation best practices to improve lead quality, reduce churn, and increase engagement.
● Optimise database hygiene, reducing list decay and increasing deliverability and engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
● 1+ years of experience in B2B Marketing
● Hands-on experience with WebEngage, Gupshup, and HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
● Proficiency in email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, SMS campaigns, and push notifications.
● Analytical mindset with experience in tracking, reporting, and optimising marketing performance.
● Excellent communication skills to craft compelling messaging for a skilled audience.
● Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams.
