Job Description: Digital Marketing Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing. Experience in the Ayurveda, FMCG, or wellness industry is essential to understand our consumer and drive impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy to increase brand presence and drive revenue.
Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns (SEM, Social Ads)
with a sharp focus on ROI.
Lead SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and traffic.
Oversage social media management and influencer marketing initiatives.
Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively across all channels.
Qualifications & Skills
MBA/PGDM in Marketing, a Digital Marketing Certification, or equivalent practical experience.
4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Must have: Proven experience handling Ayurveda, FMCG, or wellness brands.
Expert knowledge of performance marketing and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).
Strong proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing.
