Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Manage quality assurance activities specific to the Electric Power Train manufacturing vertical, ensuring adherence to all quality standards and customer requirements.

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and inspection plans across the manufacturing process.

Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Conduct root cause analysis of defects and non-conformances, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Manage quality audits, both internal and external,



and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and certifications (e.g., ISO, IATF).

Analyze quality data and generate reports to communicate findings and improvement opportunities to senior management.

Support new product introduction (NPI) by reviewing quality plans and validating manufacturing processes for the Electric Power Train products Experience
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in quality assurance within manufacturing, preferably in automotive or electric powertrain sectors.Industry Preferred
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.General Requirements
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and problem-solving tools (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys).
Familiarity with electric powertrain components and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
Proficient in quality inspection tools, statistical analysis software, and MS Office applications.




Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
