About the Company - Massive Mobility is developing the next stack of technologies to drive EV adoption faster in India. Massive Mobility operates the brand 1C (www.1charging.com) - an all-in-one solution for EV charging, delivering complete services from installation to ongoing management. We are expanding rapidly to scale up EV charging infrastructure.

Why This Role?
Real estate is the next big frontier of EV charging adoption. From residential complexes to malls, hospitals, and office campuses - every property is racing to future-proof with EV-ready infrastructure. We're looking for a high-agency Sales Manager who can leverage strong real estate networks to unlock large-scale partnerships and make EV charging a must-have amenity.




This is your chance to be the deal-maker driving EV adoption into India's most influential properties.

What You'll Do
- Crack Entry Points: Engage RWAs, builders, developers, and facility managers to open new opportunities.
- Pitch with Authority: Present and position EV charging as a value-add and differentiator for properties.
- Close Complex Deals: Manage long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations through to closure.
- Grow Accounts: Build strong, lasting relationships that open doors for future expansion.
- Stay Sharp: Track policy updates, real estate adoption trends, and competitor movements to stay ahead.

What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years in sales/business development in real estate, CRE partnerships, or facility solutions.
- Strong network with RWAs, builders, property managers, and corporate real estate stakeholders.
- Proven success in navigating complex deals and multiple decision-makers.
- A natural relationship builder and influencer who thrives in stakeholder-heavy environments.
- Business/Engineering degree preferred,



but drive and results matter most.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
