Stand up and own Aerchain’s lifecycle marketing & GTM operations stack—covering email nurture programmes, marketing‑automation workflows, digital retargeting, lead‑scoring logic, and database hygiene—so every contact moves through the funnel with precision and compliance.Measurable Goals- Lift MQL → SQL conversion rate through nurture & retargeting improvements- Generate net‑new pipeline each quarter from nurture / retargeting touches (sourced + influenced $)- Maintain ≥ 95 % inbox deliverability and across all domains- Cut data duplication and stale records by ≥ 40 % via quarterly hygiene cyclesWorks hand‑in‑hand with Outbound, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, RevOps,
and Data/BI.Additional alignment areas:- Multi‑touch attribution model design & upkeep in partnership with RevOps- Privacy & compliance (CAN‑SPAM, GDPR, CCPA) ownership alongside Legal / Security teams- API & data integrations between CRM, automation, enrichment, and ad platformsOwner of all the Contact database, enrichment and intelligence around those contactsSystems management to track the efficiency of all channels, and dashboards to capture CAC along with other Marketing indicators.
