Job Summary
At Quantsapp we are looking for a dynamic team mate to take up the role of Investor Relations Specialist to support our funding exercises.
- Investor Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing all investor communications, scheduling and coordinating meetings, building relationships with venture capital, private equity, and institutional investors, Investors from Quantsapp client family and preparing leadership for funding rounds.
- This role requires strategic execution, discipline in follow-up, and credibility with investors. Quantsapp does not compromise on integrity,
high moral grounds must be always held.
Responsibilities:
Investor Communication & Strategy
- Develop and maintain investor presentations, fact sheets, and earnings summaries that clearly explain the business model and growth metrics.
Capital Markets & Fundraising
- Support the process of capital-raising efforts including private placements, QIPs, or other strategic investments.
- Coordinate with bankers, advisors, and internal teams on pitch decks, due diligence, and data room preparation.
Market & Shareholder Monitoring
- Track industry trends, peer performance, investor sentiment, and competitor benchmarks.
- Maintain a database of current and potential institutional investors, especially those focused on our operational sectors.
Investor Engagement
- Coordinate and support investor meetings, conferences, roadshows,
and virtual briefings.
- Serve as a point of contact for investor queries related to the company’s operations and performance using internal coordination.
Liaise with Compliance and Financial Officers to support every fund-raising round.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Charter in Finance (CA/CFA) is must
- Expertise (2+ years of experience) in Investor Relations, Fundraising, Corporate Finance, or Strategic Consulting.
- Excellent communication skills; able to handle high-level investors confidently.
- Highly organized, with proven ability to support multiple fundraising processes simultaneously.
- Thorough knowledge of Financial Modelling, Valuation concepts and Financial Projections
- Proficiency in making Pitch Decks with for Investor awareness.
