Position: Centre Head
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, lead generation, marketing, or admission counselling (preschool experience preferred)
Job Description:
We are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Centre Head. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring efficiency and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Convert inquiries into admissions.
- Implement outdoor marketing campaigns in the designated territory.
- Participate in lead generation activities such as events, roadshows, and in-centre activities.
- Ensure staff retention and team motivation.
- Execute assigned KRAs and implement new strategies.
- Ensure smooth academic implementation.
- Maximize revenue opportunities.
