Key Responsibilites :

- Install , configure and maintain desktops , laptops , servers , routers and switches.
- Diagnose and repair hardware related issues (HDD , RAM , motherboard , perifpherals)
- Provide on site and remote IT Support for client in Mumbai.
- Co-ordinate with the IT teams to ensure smooth delivery of hardware solutions.
- Maintian inventory and handle equipment replacements / upgrades.
- Ensure timely resolution of client hardware complaints.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer.
- Knowledge if laptops , desktops , server , networking devices.
- Familiarity with Windows OS installation , drivers and troubleshooting.




- Excellent problem solving and customer handling skills.
- Graduate or relevant field.
