Responsibilities:

Client Co-ordination:

- Managing new and existing client accounts
- Assisting in new pitches and strategies for potential clients
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients

Internal Team Co-ordination:

- Coordinating with other departments to facilitate client requests
- Briefing the internal team on client requirements
- Obtaining creative visuals that reflect the client's brand

Performance Reporting:

- Analyzing and reporting social media actions
- Monitoring budgets, spends, and revenue
- Generating accurate reports on account status

Knowledge:

- Helping in PR for OktoBuzz as a brand
- Identifying new clients and business opportunities
- Staying updated on the latest trends in the digital industry

Work Experience:





Upto 6 months of experience in Client Servicing

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in online marketing tools and familiarity with various social media platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details
- Strong project management skills, with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.

Qualification:

Graduate in any stream
