Responsibilities:
Client Co-ordination:
- Managing new and existing client accounts.
- Responsible for making new pitches and strategies for potential new clients. Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients often through regular face to face contact and meetings. Build strong, long-term client relationships and be a first point of contact for client questions and requests.
Internal Team Co-ordination:
- Coordinate with other departments in the organisation in order to facilitate client requests. Understanding the client’s business and requirements and briefing the same to the internal team.
- Get creative, engaging and professional visuals that reflect client and their brand from the creative team.
Strategy:
- Work with clients to create a digital media strategy that collaborates with marketing, PR and advertising campaigns, research top influencers, competitors, and trends in clients’ industries.
Performance Reporting:
- Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and new opportunities.
- Monitoring budgets, spends and revenue and explaining cost factors to clients are also part of the profile.
- Manage the team and mentor them as and when necessary.
- Generate accurate and timely reports on the status of all accounts.
- Follow up with the clients for timely payments.
- Continue to refine and define our social marketing process.
Knowledge:
- Taking OktoBuzz as a brand and helping in PR.
- Identify new clients and potential business opportunities as well as upselling products and services.
- Keeping a track & being updated about latest trends in Digital industry and being proactive in updating it to the internal team and executing the same for clients.
Work Experience:
5+ years in Team management, strategy and planning.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and customer-oriented mindset.
Qualification:
Graduate in any stream
