Job Title: Field Sales Executive – 4 Wheeler Automobile Sector

Location: [Asansol/Durgapur/Barddhaman/Bankura]

Industry: Automobile (Passenger Vehicles/Commercial Vehicles – 4 Wheeler)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential customers for new car sales in assigned territory.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local marketing activities.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, finance, and insurance options to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
- Coordinate with showroom team for test drives, documentation, and vehicle delivery.




- Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements:

- Qualification: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
- Experience: Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply. Preference for sales/automobile experience.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Must be open to field work and meeting daily/weekly targets.
- Two-wheeler mandatory for field travel.

Salary & Benefits:

- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
- Experienced: Salary hike based on last drawn
- Incentives on achieving sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
