About the Role

We are looking for motivated Junior Full Stack Web Developers who can confidently work on real-time projects and grow with our team. This role is ideal for candidates who already have a strong foundation in web development and are eager to take responsibility from Day 1.

Responsibilities

- Contribute to real client projects starting from the first week.
- Complete daily assigned tasks and provide clear EOD reports.
- Participate in requirement discussions and knowledge transfer (KT).
- Adapt to new technologies and project environments quickly.
- Follow coding standards, IT culture,



and team guidelines.
- Work with your teammates respectfully and positively.

Must-Have Technical Skills

- Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery
- React.js (or similar frontend framework)
- Backend development using:
- PHP (Core + Laravel)
- MySQL (queries, joins, indexing basics)
- Node.js
- Content Management with WordPress
- Proficiency in REST API creation and integration
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of full-stack workflows (frontend ↔ backend ↔ database)

Nice-to-Have Skills

- AngularJS, MongoDB
- Google Analytics, SEO basics
- UI/UX familiarity with Figma
- Exposure to Hadoop, AWS, and Serverless architecture

Eligibility

- 0 months – 1 year of experience in web development.
