We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Airline Loyalty Management team, with 10-15 years of experience in the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective airline loyalty management strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including airlines, hotels, and other partners.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with loyalty programs.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in managing large-scale loyalty programs, preferably in the airline industry.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation to inform business decisions.
